About the online Sexual Harassment Prevention Class
You have likely found this course because of a requirement by an employer to complete a Sexual Harassment Prevention Class. This course has been designed to meet all EEOC and state requirements as defined by law and has been specifically pre-approved by the HR Certification Institute*. This program is in compliance with and satisfies California AB 1825 (Government Code Section 12950.1) as clarified by the Fair Employment & Housing Commission Regulations (CCR Title 2, Section 7288.0), Section 46a-54 (15)(B) and 46a-54-207 of the Connecticut General Statues Training Requirements, and Maine employment laws Revised Statue, Title 26, Section 807 Training Requirement.
The course is offered in minimum time requirements of either one (1) or two (2) hours in accordance with state requirements and a timer will be provided to help you keep track of the time spent within the course. You may stop and start the course as often as you'd like and your progress will be saved. The entire course can be completed online. You are not required to call a staff member or visit an office to complete the course.
